    POSITION OVERVIEW

     

    Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a self-starting, energetic and people-oriented Regional Coordinator to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment located in our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. The Regional Coordinator provides training, supervision, guidance and support to non-clinical administrative staff in managing day to day operations.

    Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, provide exceptional customer service, and have a high value for teamwork.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

     

     

    • Recruit, hire, and supervise the non-clinical team to ensure high levels of customer service, member and staff satisfaction, and program compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all program rules and requirements
    • Actively respond to both member and direct staff complaints or concerns
    • Communicate and collaborate with appropriate state and/or contracting agencies to ensure state regulations are upheld
    • Effectively coordinate with regional staff offices
    • Train and assist development of new employees
    • Assign and maintain caseloads to staff
    • Monitor all deliverables related to customer service, compliance, and staffing
    • Develops and facilitate weekly leadership meetings with peers and Program Leads
    • Distribute program policies and procedures or program changes to staff
    • Engage in Community Outreach activities specific to engagement and growth opportunities

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years’ experience in related field
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Supervision experience and peer mentoring experience preferred
    • Travel required
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
    • All other duties as assigned
