    POSITION OVERVIEW

     

    As Certified Nurses' Aide (CNA), you will be at the forefront of the company working in a rewarding, challenging and dynamic environment as the go-to person for our clients. In this important role, you will  be working with a great team of professionals and be responsible for assisting clients in either the home health or hospice lines of services . These clients may be recovering from an illness or injury, or may be chronically or terminally ill.  You will assist and support  home health and hospice clients to continue to live a high quality of life in their own homes and communities. You will travel to client’s houses and assist with the tasks of daily living as outlined in the written plan of care established by the clinical team.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

     

    • Provide a caring, compassionate, empathetic, professional and client-focused manner
    • Follow directions per plan of care,  managing multiple tasks such as providing assistance in client’s home cleanliness/safety, providing standby or full assistance regarding, making beds, cooking meals, bathing , dressing/undressing clients, observing/reporting changes in the condition of the client, tracking clients and strong active listening skills.
    • Maintain a results-driven mindset that can meet or exceed client's needs in accordance with professional standards of practice through center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines
    • Maintain the ability to interact and manage a diversity of clients with positivity and are open and receptive to coaching and feedback.

    • Serve in a collaborative fast-paced environment, working independently and with teammates

    • Attend bi-weekly team conference meetings

    • Maintain confidentiality

    • Must have reliable transportation

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • 6mo-1yr CNA experience, preferred
    • Current Montana C.N.A certification
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Pass a physical test and lift 75lbs or more
    • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
