    Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a people-oriented Administrative Coordinator to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment located in our Sunrise, Florida office. In this important role you will assist the staff in many office clerical type capacities from taking in bound phone calls, greeting clients, reviewing, auditing, and maintaining enrollment packets and tracking status of enrollments.

    • Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and client-focused atmosphere
    • Regularly perform clerfical duties such as filing, data entry, operating multiple computer systems and routing inbound phone calls
    • Understand and maintain the rules of HIPAA for client confidentiality
    • Communicate effectively via phone, E-Mail and in-person
    • Communicate appropriately with supervisor on reports and adminstrative updates
    • Work as a team player, being open and receptive to coaching and feedback and provide feedback to others
    • Maintain a high attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
    • Train new staff
    • Assist new staff with orientation and new hire documentation
    • Purchase office supplies and budget for expenses maintaining a high attention to detail
    • Other general office duties and assistance as needed




    • 1 Year administrative/clerical experience 
    • Computer proficiency to include Outlook and Excel
    • Experience in medical type office setting or medical coding preferred but not required
    • Basic math skills
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
    • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
    • Bilingual Required (Spanish/English)
