    POSITION OVERVIEW

     

    Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team at our Missoula location. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for providing support and design of enterprise network and systems projects. The position involves interfacing and managing projects with team members across different business units and 14+ locations.

    The successful candidate will remain continuously aware of business, technical, and infrastructure issues and aid in the development of creative networking solutions. Our information processing workloads run on a Microsoft stack, in the Azure cloud and on premise, with a variety of custom applications and customized conventional enterprise platforms. We are growing our transaction volume and capabilities significantly.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

     

    • Coordinate with users and IT team to determine optimal solutions for new and existing systems
    • Direct vendors and contractors when necessary; provide guidance and work assignments to contractor staff
    • Effectively deliver IT solutions in an enterprise setting, with preference for Cisco and Microsoft-based solutions
    • Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure
    • Plan, implement, and support network and data-center projects
    • Efficiently manage and maintain complex projects
    • Provide excellent customer satisfaction

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Required: 3+ years’ experience managing enterprise solutions utilizing Cisco and Microsoft products
    • Must have an excellent understanding of Cisco routing and switching
    • Experience with Firewalls and load balancers
    • Hyper-V, Windows 2012R2 and 2016 server, Skype for Business, Exchange familiarity, and Solar Winds a plus
    • Ability to work well in a team and individually
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
