    Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced environment located in our Albuquerque or Las Cruces office.

     The successful candidate will assist clients over the phone with providing an outstanding and personalized customer experience. They will be an informational support specialist handling customer calls regarding the state’s Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.

    • Effectively manage multiple tasks such as strong active listening while typing and conversing with the customer in addition to operating multiple computer software applications
    • Successfully interact with distressed customers to provide information and solutions in response to customer inquiries about products and services
    • Quickly resolve service complaints
    • Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused demeanor
    • Troubleshoot time submission errors on the First Data EVV system
    • Handle consistent inbound and outbound phone calls on a daily basis
    • Assist in training other Consumer Direct employees and members on how to correctly submit their time for timely and accurate payroll
    • Work in groups consisting of 5-10 teammates 
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Six months direct customer service experience
    • Preferred bilingual in Navajo and/or Spanish
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
