    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking an optimistic and self-motivated person. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing client’s services. This person will coordinate with members of an interdisciplinary team to provide effective applied behavior analysis. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with clients with varying disabilities, their families, schools, and community providers.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Conduct developmental and criterion-referenced assessments
    • Design appropriate, function-based interventions and programming

    • Assist program with data collection to determine effectiveness of interventions

    • Participate in staff training related to implementation of plans

    • Provide supervision and training to family support specialists, children’s autism trainers, and registered behavior technicians

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or eligibility to sit for the BACB exam within six months of hire
    • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

    • Experience with supervision and oversight of staff and program development

    • Great interpersonal skills and exceptional time management skills
