Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a people-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team located in our Allen, TX office. The Time Sheet Auditor will be responsible for auditing and processing all timesheets for field staff, assisting in maintaining and coordinating utilization, schedules, and proper documentation to ensure the ability to bill for time claimed. This individual will provide excellent customer service to caregivers and clients regarding payroll questions or errors. Additionally, this role requires the responsability to present in a manner that promotes cohesiveness in the office environment, as well as supports continuous improvement of day to day operations and in quality of work performed.

  • Review time sheets for accuracy, ensure timeliness is maintained and process according to agency standards
  • Perform daily follow-up phone calls with consumers and caregivers regarding inaccurate time sheets and answering questions
  • Create and work with various reports to ensure that all timesheets are received and are correct, based off of insurance authorizations
  • Inform Support Coordinators of any important changes noted by a consumer or caregiver on time sheets
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, responding to basic questions and/or forwarding to appropriate personnel when required
  • Process employee packets and enter employee information into electronic record systems
  • Scan, file and store member and employee documentation
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis to ensure organization and communication regarding any errors on timesheets
  • Assist with administrative duties including sorting mail, scheduling CPR/First-Aid trainings, and assembling care coordination packets
  • All other duties as required



  • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a proven record of reliability and initiative taken
  • Excel in the use of computer-based programs and platforms with computer skill proficiency to include Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel
  • Communicate effectively through all forms of correspondence (written, oral, electronic)
  • Enjoy solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be people-oriented with excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred
