Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a self-starting, people-oriented Business Analyst to work out of our corporate office located in Missoula, MT. The Business Analyst will be tasked with writing and developing SQL for reporting and dash boarding as well as reviewing and improving business processes as they relate to our IT and Analytics systems. This role will encompass some design, validating and implementation of solutions to support business needs and the suitability of those information systems in terms of their intended outcomes. Will be the liaison for end users, software vendors and programmers. This position will require the individual to have a high level of verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational/project management skills with the ability to work independently

  • Serve as resource for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining operational reports
  • Assist with preparation of reports for federal, state, and local taxes
  • Provide ongoing support for line-of-business applications; determine problem resolution steps and processes, work with customers to resolve issues and identify root cause
  • Plan and analyze new/modified automated solutions/processes; work with users and Analytics to determine optimal solution scope
  • Support solution and determine best methods for addressing issues
  • Establish and maintain operational and business metrics
  • Provide analytical support
  • Assist in maintenance and utilize a cloud-based EPM tool
  • Understand and effectively leverage established and new business metrics and KPIs to support decision making
  • Manage SSRS Report development and design
  • Effective communication with ability to speak with authority on financial and reporting information



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems
  • Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following (preferred platform noted in parentheses):
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Enterprise financial applications (Dynamics SL 2011)
  • Database platforms (SQL Server 2012)
  • Customer relationship management platforms (Dynamics CRM, Sugar CRM)
