Position Title:  CRM Developer

Reports to:      Manager – Application Development

FLSA Status:   Exempt

Location:        Missoula, Montana

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Provide application development services to Consumer Direct Management Solutions (CDMS) for internal line-of-business systems.  Responsible for leading the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Consumer Direct Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.  The CRM platform supports customer service and administrative functions for 40,000 clients and caregivers.       

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Serve as primary resource for developing, extending, and maintaining the Consumer Direct CRM platform – code base, integrations, data stores, and web sites
  • Serve as subject matter expert on CRM methods and represent IT organization in cross-department efforts to extend and improve the platform
  • Serve as secondary resource (back-up) resource for specific LOB application support
  • Provide ongoing support for line-of-business applications; determine problem resolution steps and processes, work with customers to resolve issues and identify root cause, leverage CDMS systems and tools to track issues
  • Plan and analyze new/modified automated solutions/processes; work with users and IT to determine optimal solution scope
  • Develop solutions using CDMS tools and techniques
  • Test solutions to validate functionality and usability; coordinate with IT department on integration and performance testing; coordinate with users/clients on user testing
  • Deploy solutions to test and production environments
  • Work with vendors and contractors when necessary; provide guidance and work assignments to contractor staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or management information systems, and a minimum 5-years experience in the following:

 

  • Working knowledge of Azure PaaS and/or IaaS
  • .NET Framework
  • Web application development
  • Programming languages (C#, C++, VB, JS, markup languages)
  • Application development platforms (Visual Studio)
  • Customer relationship management platforms (Dynamics CRM)
