Consumer Direct Care Network has a rewarding career opportunity available as a Compliance Coordinator located in our Sunrise, FL office. The ideal candidate will have a “big picture” view and carry a high attention to detail to catch any mistakes that are vital to operating compliantly. The primary duty of the Compliance Coordinator is to ensure that all aspects of our Florida operation are compliant with state and contractual guidelines regarding the Managed Care Organization. The Compliance Coordinator will ensure Nurse Licenses, participant documents and company contracts are all compliant, to name a few. It is important that our services operate issue free within both HIPAA and state regulations. Equally important in this position, the Coordinator will help prepare and provide documents as requested for audits and state agencies.

  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of Consumer Direct Care Network Florida
  • Monitor and Report of contractual and state requirements utilizing spreadsheets and web based applications
  • Monitor and complete Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) reporting
  • Review casefiles to ensure requirements are met for restarts of participants and Direct Service Workers
  • Contact Representatives and Direct Service Workers and monitor follow-up of background check renewals
  • Monitor company software to ensure compliance of participant, representative and direct service worker documents
  • Review timesheets and other documents requested by the Managed Care Organization (MCO) or other state entities prior to uploading or e-mailing to MCO
  • Process documentation for terminations (monthly billing and vendor payments)
  • Monitor nursing licenses to ensure compliance
  • Ensure Administrator and Coordinator portions of referral tracker are complete such as dates and signatures
  • Assist with maintaining company proficiency trackers
  • Monitor compliance of E-Verify documents and renewals
  • Train internal staff on policies and procedures
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed



  • Bilingual in English/Spanish both oral and written communications
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office and willingness to learn other computer applications
  • 2 years’ direct experience with Quality Assurance and or Compliance
  • Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Training of staff preferred
  • Must be able to successfully pass a level II background screening
  • High School Diploma
