POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Consumer Direct of Florida is seeking a people-oriented Time Sheet Auditor to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment located in our Sunrise office. In this important role you will assist the staff in many office clerical type capacities from taking high volume in bound phone calls, greeting walk-in customers and operating computer systems to supporting business operations in an administrative type capacity.

 

The Timesheet Auditor is responsible for processing and coordinating timesheets as well as performing general office duties as needed.  This person is a reflection of Consumer Direct and must be positive, professional and gracious in manner, always representing the company with a positive attitude.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused manner
  • Sitting for long periods of time managing multiple tasks such as strong active listening while typing and conversing with the customers in addition to filing, data entry, operating multiple computer systems and routing inbound phone calls. 
  • Review timesheets for accuracy, ensure timeliness is maintained and process according to agency standards
  • Work with Excel Spreadsheets to Prevent and Detect Fraudulent Timesheets
  • Perform daily follow-up phone calls with consumers and caregivers regarding inaccurate timesheets and answering any questions
  • Work various reports to ensure that all timesheets are received and correct, based off of authorizations.
  • Inform Program Coordinators of any important changes noted by consumer or caregiver on timesheets
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, responding to basic questions and/or forwarding to appropriate personnel when required
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required
  • Maintain noting in CRM on a daily basis to ensure organization and communication in the errors on the timesheets.
  • Assist with administrative duties including answering the phones, sorting mail, processing Member/Caregiver packets and other duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 years administrative/clerical experience 
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required
  • Computer proficiency to include Outlook and Excel
  • Basic math skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization
  • Must be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Must be people-oriented with excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Team player- ability to work in teams, are open and receptive to coaching and feedback and willing to be a caretaker and cover shifts if needed.
