Consumer Direct Management Solutions is seeking a self-starting; people oriented Training Specialist to join our operations team located in Missoula, MT. The Training Specialist will be tasked with training Consumer Direct employees on companywide programs. These programs range from known software such as Microsoft applications to internal company software such as Docuware and CRM and everything in between. As the company trainer, you will be engaging 1-on-1 training sessions to groups as large as 100 people at times. The Training Specialist must be comfortable with instructing people with different learning styles and present in different forms of communication from online to in person presentations. This position will require the individual to have a high level of verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational/project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
