Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking Part-time Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Service Center to work in a fast-paced environment located in our Missoula, MT office. In this important role you will be mainly focused on handling approximately 20-40 inbound phone calls a day with the potential to handle some outbound calls. This position will require you to sit for long periods of time at a computer with a head-set multi-tasking customer interactions while navigating resources on the computer to solve inbound inquiries. You will be an informational support specialist handling customer calls regarding healthcare service issues, company website questions and payroll. 


Our Customer Service Representatives enjoy the coaching aspect of handling inbound calls training other Consumer Direct employees and members on how to fill out time sheets, use the web portal, or to obtain missing information on member packets. Successful candidates will be able to determine the wants, interests, and needs of each customer to identify the best solution with the intent of providing an outstanding and personalized customer service experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess these qualities:

  • Results oriented individual that can meet or exceed performance standards based on achieving a monthly goal set by the supervisor.
  • Team player with the ability to work in teams consisting of 5-10 teammates, are open and receptive to coaching and feedback from peers or leadership.
  • Managing multiple tasks such as strong active listening while typing and conversing with the customer in addition to operating multiple computer software applications searching for resources tailored to help the individual needs.
  • Ability to interact with distressed customers to provide information and solutions based on written procedure, guidelines and resource tools in response to customer’s inquiries about products and services, resolve service complaints and effectively facilitate success in conflict.
  • Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused manner 


  • 6mo-1yr direct customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish encouraged but not required
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
