POSITION OVERVIEW

Consumer Direct Care Network is currently looking to hire an Entry Level Document Review Associate to join our team in Missoula. The Document Review department is a data entry based team comprised of six employees that supports all Consumer Direct companies with processing, reviewing, and indexing documents as they flow through our software called Docuware. This position requires a high attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of new member enrollment packets, new hire I-9’s, W-4s, background screening forms and state and federal documents to name a few. Examples of what an Associate would look for include checking documents for accuracy and verifying appropriate signatures, dates, form completion, etc. The Document Review Associate frequently communicates with local offices and other Consumer Direct departments to identify form and barcoding related trends to resolve issues based on findings.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Review state, federal and company documents, with a high attention to detail, for accuracy regarding signatures, dates and the general completeness of the required fields on the each document.
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Operate within our Docuware system while sitting for long periods of time at a computer
  • Label documents so that information can be sent to appropriate departments
  • Communicate effectively; generate grammatically correct communications in Outlook and Skype as you will be corresponding with other Consumer Direct departments as well as remote offices in other states.
  • Enter data (key dates, names, ID’s etc.) as you label and review documents for completeness to comply with State, Federal and Company regulations.
  • Work with local offices to resolve document related issues
  • Work with Quality Improvement to help prepare for state audits
  • Meet expected review timelines
  • Utilize a range of software to facilitate in the data entry process
  • Enjoy task based work with high attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • 6mo of data entry or office administration experience
  • Willing to submit and successfully pass a back ground screening
